Over a 29-year career spanning both technology provider roles (AWS, Oracle, Dell) and enterprise decision-maker positions (JPMorgan Chase, Truist, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One), Chandra has driven enterprise-scale data, analytics, AI and risk transformations under active regulatory scrutiny.

Most recently, he served as Firmwide Head of GenAI & Analytics at Truist, and previously as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, where he sat on the firmwide Applied Commercial Intelligence Council shaping AI strategy.

In these roles, he moved beyond AI experimentation to operationalize it across regulated functions, engaging directly with Boards, auditors, and regulators.
